He's a United legend though, surely with him learning the hard way after his affair with City should allow the man to be respected for his time at United again?

He was a United legend and willingly gave that status up to become a bitter - he wasn't too complimentary at times either. He made his bed so he can get bent for all I care.

Absolutely, was an absolute hero when I was a kid but he's pissed that all away as far as I'm concerned.

Nah, though that was a disappointment, in the end though, not all United players are United fans, Ole grew up a dipper fan didn't he? It's his @#%&! act at siddy that did it for me.

Yes, but I can't imagine Ole openly supporting Liverpool against United now, after years at OT. Hughes in Moscow was pretty sad to watch, he was absolutely gutted.

I never held the malice for Hughes that many others did when he went to city. He may have been a great footballer for us but I always felt he was never in the collective United heart like some. He got caught up in the city mega money obsession and giddiness, what manager in his place wouldn't? I neither like nor dislike him, he is a premiership manager I feel supreme indifference for, like Owen Coyle or Chris Hughton.
