Why? We played our usual formation, I thought it looked very 4-5-1ish but it was the usual 4-3-3 but we got pegged back due to their pressing.

blaming fergie is what a naive person would do...

the better team won.

we played as well as we could.
you make think that sounds like shit but its just that they were 100% better.

if we played the beloved 4-4-2 we would have got picked off even worse.

did milan play 4-4-2?

its how you use the ball and stopping the other team from playing.

Fergie is so £#%&!ing awful isn't he. That's why we are on the verge of winning the title and can make it a double. A CL run to the semis is no disgrace either with the squad we have.

Ferie out
the only shitbag is the £#%&!ing manager .. again fails at the biggest stage ..

Yep, the @#%&! has won £#%&! all in his career.

We were so much better off before he took over.

You always blame Ferguson when things go wrong. But you never praise Ferguson when we're successful.

Even you should see that's not fair.

He may have been at fault tonight for not changing it quick enough but it's difficult when the only attacking option you have is a Frenchman made of glass that hasn't played in weeks.

The lads on the pitch were outclassed by better players. We looked hurried, they looked calm. We were panicking, they were strolling.

You don't always have to play the blame game. How about just accepting defeat without crying about whose fault it was.

Absolutely not. I've criticised Ferguson when I felt he deserved criticism and I don't think that any individual is bigger than the club. However, to call Ferguson a shitbag when we've played superb football this season, have exited the CL at the final hurdle and are on course for a domestic double is absurd.

Ferguson has had a few bad games this season. But so have Ronaldo, Scholes and Ferdinand.

Everyone has an off day. It doesn't mean they need to be on the end of a load of abuse.

But the point is, you are always too quick to point one of your fat fingers at Fergie. Do you think he said to Carrick before the game "Michael, I want you to go out there and play your worst 90 minutes since you put on a Red Shirt." Yes, Fergie is partly to blame for being overly defensive, but he can't legislate for that performance.

we'd played two strikers, pushed forwards and got picked off, I would prefer that. at least we'd have played our game, naive and exciting though it may be (depending on how you look at it).

fergie should have known that our defence was not up for an exam. our only hope was to keep the ball down the other end.
