Jonathan Wilson is a proper bore imo. Should be on here leading the shoot crew.
Kids just want to play, plenty of small sided games and keep all drills varied and short. Encouraging them to want the ball and develop good technique is a given, obviously.
One thing many coaches overlook is the range of abilities they'll be dealing with, I always set out to try and ensure that all of our kids at training get plenty of touches and don't just spend their time watching others play.
