Default Arsenal agree £21m fee for Bernard

This guy looks really good, same generation of players as Oscar, Lucas and Coutinho but IMO he could overtake them all. They've all gone through spells as being the most promising of the bunch, with Oscar currently in front, but hype is building for this guy now. Bernard or Lucas are comfortable on the wing so wouldve suited us most. given we wanted Lucas we should've been in for this guy! Could easily have given our left wing some skill and creativity and challenged for RW too.

If we don't sign someone massive like Bale, Fabregas or Ronaldo (as if!) then we've really £#%&!ed up given the amount of good talent that's changed hands this summer.

All our rivals are full of these skilful and creative playmakers now who can beat a man, pick out great passes and score goals. The only one we have in that mould is Kagawa and we barely even use him in that position!

Our transfer policy this summer is perplexing to say the least.

That's an understatment, but I know what you mean as we were alaways going to in for a load of frustration in the tranfer market from the moment those parasites became our owners back in may 2005!

According to Wiki, their record fee paid for a player is £13m.

Is that right? I though Walcott and Reyes were much more.

Either way, they've promised to break it 3 times this summer. They've signed nobody.

They nearly make us look competent.

Fairly sure Arshavin and Santi Cazorla were more as well.
