In terms of win percentage.

Interesting stuff

Think the fact that Moyeseh comes above Matt means it's only interesting in the same way that something really shit is sometimes interesting.

It’s like finding a worm in a dog turd.

You think “oh that’s a bit weird” then do everything in your power to forget you ever saw it.

But it is mildly interesting that he managed such a "high" figure despite being so unequivocally shite, no?

Probably the high loss percentage whilst managing the champions. His win percentage should have been higher too, given his starting position.

You're comparing apples with oranges: not only was Moyes managing the reigning champions (and managed to lose ALL the important games he played the £#%&!ing @#%&!, including losing home and away to all of our rivals), he arrived when Utd was firmly ensconced as an absolute behemoth of the superclub era. Up to about the late '90s all managers had to balance the books (and even then we were outspent, whether by Blackburn, Chelsea or City)

But the only reason Mourinho hasn't got us playing like 1982 Brazil is because he still has squad members from the Moyes era.

Good enough to condemn Moyes as shite for not winning enough games but bad enough to excuse Mourinho for playing shite football.

Schrodingers footballers, play them in a team and you never know if they're good or shite until you observe how much you want to admit the manager is shit or not.

So under Mou we have enjoyed one fifth of a goal more per game than we did under the Big Man.

Essentially across every five games, an extra goal.

And for just £300m
