Exactly. It's an inherent problem, although he does seem to be improving it.

Quite possible that only changing most of the players (Smalling, Jones, Rojo etc.) that usually make up this list will ever solve it..

Actually he said his record with "muscular injuries" is very good.

it's not his fault 3 players in our squad have done their cruciate ligaments.

And Pogba unfortunately has been flogged to death since the Euros in France.

And if I'm not mistaken Laurel and Hardy injured themselves on England duty.

Pobga back for the semi and mata for the 2nd leg.

Everybody in the papers said Mata was out for the season but Jose said a bit ago that if Mata has anything about him, he'll be back for the semi's.

He'll have to play Rooney in CM on sunday

Will probably be

...........Rashford
Young.............Lingard
.............Rooney
......Herrera Carrick
Shaw Blind Bailly Darmian
............Degea

Right on cue

Pretty sure he also said he has a fantastic record with cruciates. Look how that's turned out.

Hope so. Was saying watching the game last night that his composure on the ball would have helped, instead of the panicking dicks who kept giving the ball away, Mkhi in particular

Well I'm as up for a bit of sniding as anyone (almost) but surely that can only be referring to his record in working with players on their recovery from cricuate injuries, not them happening in the first place which is completely beyond anyone's control... they don't happen as a result of overwork, or playing slightly below optimum condition, or whatever like soft tissue injuries, they're just random impact things that happen instantaneously.

Mata has composure on the ball sure, maybe too much of it - as he keeps getting caught, and in a game where the berties were as fouly as they were under such impunity from Atkinson the £#%&!er I'm not sure it would have been ideal. Disappointing as Mkhitaryan was on the occasion.

Yes the manager can't be blamed for players suddenly doing their cruciates, its just rotten bad luck.
