Can you link me to that quote as well

Blocked shots are not shots on target ffs. Is this the lengths you man are going?
Why would I care what Opta defines it as?

The target is the goal. Anyone who knows ball can tell the difference between a shot that was on target but hits an opposition player on the way, and one that was wide all along.

Weggy’s shot was a lovely strike on the target. Not his fault a defender got in the way, outside of his control that.

You can see Keane brewing and just about ready to go off on a massive gloat, especially considering what he and Neville have had to put up with on sky for the last few seasons with the likes of Richards, Carragher, Souness and Redknapp

He’s biding his time obviously but you can see it happening soon.

Stats that record everything from goals, assists etc, do they also adopt this principle when recording “shots on target” ?

You know the ones complied and published after most games….

He’s bursting to run riot on all these teams and pundits that have been getting one over on United in recent years

First half a bit flat - last 30 mins old United ripping into them. Absolute panic. Great team performance.

he's on course so far.

sadly, we are playing liverpool at just the wrong time. jota is back and they are finding some form. plus, getting away with being dirty. brace yourself for disappointment.

We couldnt be facing them at a better time, theyre £#%&!ing shit atm and would be losing more games had they faced better opposition. We will win on sunday.

Based on what you said about Leicester I’m twice as optimistic now.

Fair play to Weggy, he keeps playing and we keep winning. Could be this seasons Henrik Larson

Ps Fred

When we go at teams, we're unstoppable. So much talent in the team now. Weggers had his best game. Couldn't hit the proverbial cow's arse, but is making up for it by helping other player's score.

No more Maguire-Lindelof though please. Don't think either were especially awful (even thought Maguire had a good game) but as a pairing they are dreadful.

Fulham on form at the moment but Wembley semi should be in the bag.
