bayern vs chelsea final

chelsea too solid for bayern. Big josie posey wins the ECL in his first season, with a side that barely made it into the competition last season. While we're scrapping for a europa cup place.

Chelsea who got torn apart by Villa and Palace? They are £#%&!in £#%&! and Bayern will hammer them if they somehow make it to the final.

If Courtois plays against Chelsea Atletico have to pay them a fee.

Apparently Atletico aren't prepared to pay it.

Chelsea fan colleague of mine reckons it's like this: Atléti couldn't afford the loan fee Chelsea wanted for Courtois, so they struck this deal, where they could take him with a reduced loan fee provided that if he were ever to be drawn to play against Chelsea, Atléti would have to pay the balance. Seems unusually Machiavellian even by their standards, but there it is.

Am a bit surprised at the presumption of some that Chelski have a bye to the final, tbh

Atletico are well capable of matching them, Courtois or no Courtois.

Mourinho will be the difference. He'll have the measure of Simeone.
Chelsea are in the Final.

Yep and they'll ease off the gas in the Premier league resulting in Liverpool beating them at Anfield to win the league.

this is why i was gutted when they scored to go through.

it guaranteed lfc beating them, as the game is in the middle of both semi legs.

The governing body insisted any "private contract" between clubs which might influence the other's team selection is "null, void and unenforceable so far as Uefa is concerned", with any attempt to enforce such a clause a "clear violation" of the regulations, which would prompt sanction.
surely that makes a mockery of similar deals in the premier league? £#%&!ing stupid rule at any rate.
