His name is Juan Manuel 'Bambino' Pons, he does the commentary on English football for Fox Sports en Español. He's from Buenos Aires and a fan of San Lorenzo. No idea why he thought it would be a good idea to start singing during his commentary. I've heard him do commentary for them on the Copa Libertadores as well, but he doesn't sing there

He seems to love united when they score...guess he's like that for all teams (noted the gudjohnson goals). Quality find.
