I don't think a Spurs fan would spend £700k on an apartment in highbury...besides, they'll have their own apartments next to new white hart lane in a couple of years....

Demolition of the paxton road end has already started...

No, they'll play at white hart lane with reduced capacity in the league until next season. Then it's one season at Wembley.

Didn't think we'd had the gushing eulogies for WHL that we had to put up with for Upton Park I'll mind less about the outpouring of grief towards the end of Spurs' tenure there.

Yes, we did - well spotted

Still, that's remarkably few defeats in the past 25 years considering what a "bogey" ground it was supposed to be for us.

The whole deal is crooked as £#%&! tbh.

Hate West Ham, shite little club which gets special treatment because they have friends in high places and half the journo oxygen thieves seem to support them

It'll never be as good as the Boelyn Ground, which was never as atmospheric as Upton Park which it replaced recently

I managed to get inside the apartment complex and take a quick video standing on what would have been goal infront of the north bank. The stand to my right is the East stand and the grass used in the gardens is actually from the old pitch.

My gym's under the gardens/pitch there. Window over the swimming pool looks up through the old centre circle. I used to live in the new ones on Drayton Park that stretch round the emirates but I'm an N16 red these days

Can you stay sarf of the river pls from now on Sparkles. Too close for comfort.

It's one more defeat if you include the one in 07/08 as well.

It's utterly insane when you look at the quality of stadia we now have in this country that we'll never get to host another world cup.
