Idiotic with his extra training if that is true, proper recovery is essential and if he’s doing anything that interferes with it he’s a £#%&!ing idiot. They have a detailed and very specific way of training for a reason. Thought he was being a right star by doing the extra work by to do it unsupervised (by Club) is a joke and the trainer should hang his head in shame as they would have known the risks. He cups have £#%&!ed his World Cup or beginning of depending on the type of injury if it’s a case of operation in the summer. Orthoses May Be needed as there is talk of his gait being a contributing factor.

Rest, Yoga and no low sports cars.
