Spurs didn't spend any money.

That's the reason why.

That is the point i was making.

Stupid comparison by the anti mou bots.

Sure Huddersfield spent more than city THIS window. But what about the last summer window?

Reduced to this sort of nonsense because their wet dream about sacking mou got crushed.

What would have to happen for you to want him gone?

The day all his love letters are returned unopened may add some strain to the relationship.

Consistently poor and losing football. No clear progress to look back upon over a longer period.

He is not our manager forever or is infallible. Those who want him sacked now aren't being rational though.

Regardless, it’s still not the whole story is it? City may have spent more than those clubs in that snapshot of time, but I think it’s fair to say they’ve supported Guardiola as and when he’s needed it since he’s been there up to, and including, correcting mistakes such as Bravo in a timely manner.
He’s not expected to get every signing right, and they don’t brief the press on why they shouldn’t reasonably be expected to plop down 50m on Spurs second choice right back when they have an Argentinian international fan favourite there; they just do it.

That being said, Mourinho’s record in the market is pretty poor. Neville’s right though; pick your poison - sack him or support him. The second football matters are being second guessed by the ceo you’re in a lot of trouble.
Absolutely. He's more in tune with his board than Mou appears to be. They wanted him for years, while we overlooked Mourinho for Moyes in 2013 and you suspect that the split in opinion on his suitability is probably still there.

For me it's not the disagreements between manager and board - that will happen at most clubs; Guardiola by all accounts really wanted another midfielder this summer and didn't get one - it's the fact they seek to undermine him and erode his authority with these leaks.

Schmeichel speaks.

City too strong for us to win the title, but we're in good shape. Sees progression. . be patient and stop moaning about the manager and CEO - not the United way. We'll be back.

We need a centre back. Jones too injury prone to rely on. Lindelof talented but insecure.

No way.

Character, yes, but in terms of goalkeeping, and influence he had, no chance.

In the top five best keepers of all time, without a doubt.
