Do you know what I like best about you? Your subtlety.

Plus I'm all about brutal goals.

Fair to say the honeymoon period is well and truly over...

- Retire

- Bringing Rooney back is the exact same sentimentality and 'romanticism' that has certain members of the board pushing for Unsworth to have the job, also sums up the fact they think a 'true blue' story is worth more than actual competent decisions made at the club.

- Get out of the club, you overweight piss head.

- He was horrific tonight

- SELL

- He's done. He's been done for years. Get him out. Deckard said MLS or China. Those leagues are too good for him. The Welsh or Irish leagues would be more suitable.

- He is finished. State of him and state of us.

- Crap

- Embarassing. Hope he can sleep at night knowing he didn't break swear. #@&%!.

- Utterly horrific. Devastated we brought him back.

- Here for the money. The easy commute. Completed done as a player. No other club was stupid enough to pay him that much and if they did it was China.

- I hated him for leaving. I hate him even more for coming back as the highest wage thief when he is utterly goosed.

- Patrols the centre circle like a boss. Contributes zero to the team.

- A few contracts need terminating his is one also. Offers nothing

- I love Everton. Not the fat potato.

- Instilling that winning mentality.

Imagine refusing to acknowledge that he's been past it for about 3 years now.

Anyone who thought this was going to be any different should be £#%&!ing sectioned.

5 Goals still puts him in top 10 premier league scorers this year...

Salah and Morata on 9/8

He’s doing his part, the collective of that team is a huge mess though...

Mou played a blinder here. Gave him enough rope to prevent the media scrummage and then somehow got him off the wage bill.

Kissinger or Bismark couldn't have manoeuvred this any better.

Best thing he's done at the club tbh. When he £#%&!s off leaving smoldering embers behind him, getting shut of Rooney will be his lasting legacy..

Did he take a pay cut to go to Everton? There's no way they are paying him 200k+ a week. Or if they are, someone at the club should be shot.

Is that for real? What's the difference? We're really paying for someone to play for another club? Against us even?

If so, someone at our club also needs shooting

He's scored 4. And he is currently holding on to 19th in the rankings. Level with Glenn Murray.

Fair play though, he is Everton's second top scorer
