No chance he stays if we miss top four.

Which we will. So he's gone.

If his job was safe, the club would say so. The speculation each week doesn't help and would be easily dismissed with a short statement.

Be interesting to see whether the club counter any of this to assist st sales and sponsors.

The efforts to shift st's started last month - the earliest ever iirc.

Good luck with shifting them if nothing else changes. Can't see woody's annual act of pulling names like Neymar out of his arse fooling even the most deluded this time round.

the speculation is irrelevant and only exists to maintain the illusion the media sells to its followers of it being part of the game...

Then why ever respond to it? Which we have done

A few weeks back Jose publicly states he would prefer to join a new club in the summer and has no interest in taking over a club mid-season.

United as far as I am aware have never publicly distanced themselves from Jose like they did with Pep.

LvG has somehow survived a horrendous December and January whilst playing some of the most turgid football I have ever seen.

I will be shocked if Jose is not in the home dugout at OT come the first game next season.

It is ON !!

Why not?
Surely you do not believe that a person that blamed every person involved with the Chelsea and threw in the towel will be the messiah that saves United.
If his team loses he just sucks like a spoilt brat.
Look at Chelsea now since he left them.

He would move sideways and backwards to avoid such a risk.

'We're happy to play in the Europa League', 'Liverpool aren't the enemy'...wtf

I liked the guy, inspite of the shitty brand of football, but enough's enough!!

indeed. At least Liverpool can point to at least a bit of progress under Klopp. They at least score a few goals and look positive. He hasn't even signed a single player yet as far as I'm aware.

United on the other hand are an utter mess.

It's hard to imagine he'll still be here after the summer.

But I suppose they've got to write something. I think they've pretty much covered all bases now (LvG stays, Giggs takes over and Mou in). I look forward to them telling us how they got it right when one of those things happens.

The club are remaining silent. All the rumour and speculation was coming from Mendes and Mourinhos people.

I wouldn't be surprised if Van Gaal just £#%&!ed it off in the summer. This has easily been his worst season in management that I can think of, at times he's appeared to be phoning it in. He must have had enough.
