It's not great is it :shakehead:

I just think Valencia and Rafael need to be together and you have to hope that Good Nani appears.

Kagawa unlucky to miss out but Rooney the @#%&! needs to be in there still sadly.

After our Transfer comings and goings this summer

---------------De Gea---------------

Rafael-----Evans----Vidic--------Evra

---------Carrick----Matic------------

Isco----------Thiago---------Kagawa

--------------RVP-------------------

Probably not likely we will get those players in but they are realistic transfer targets who are in our price range

With that team we could compete with the very best teams in Europe to be European Champions again

I'm sure I've read that United's scouts have determined that Isco is too slow and doesn't make enough difference, or something, so I wouldn't get your hopes up on that one

I'm assuming, by the formations so far, all our current players are at the peak of their game?

De Gea
Rafael - Rio - Vidic - Evra
Valencia - Carrick - Anderson - Nani
Rooney - RvP

you could also argue that:
De Gea
Rafael - Rio - Vidic - Evra
Carrick - Anderson
Kagawa
Nani- RvP - Rooney

would be a good comparison but I think the midfield would be too weak

The same jokers decided that Thierry Henry had an "appalling first touch"

That's because you've gone and dumped a steaming turd next to Carrick.

Says a lot when a 40 year old winger is a far superior option to the fat-arsed mess.

Stick Thiago is place of him and that's a team that could win every trophy they compete for, and would excel in Europe.

De Gea

Rafael - Rio - Vidic - Evra

Carrick - Thiago

Kagawa (Captain)

Rooney (free role)

Hernandez - RvP

Raffers and Evers providing the width, Rooney with a free role to do whatever he wants and Kaggers pulling all the strings.
