Default Cavani to city

Napoli confirm that they were in talks with city yesterday for a cash plus dzeko deal.

Good signing for them

Is he any better that Dzeko? I don't think so. Certainly a good footballer but then so was the lad he replaced and they treated him like shite.

I doubt he'd have any say, it'd all be that De Laurentiis fella's work.

I don't give a £#%&! how many he scored under Mancini when he got 10 minutes at the end of the match, City treated him like shit and those figures are deeply skewed.

At Wolfsberg 85 goals in 142 games in a league that is officially harder than the Italian one as per UEFA.

Why? City and Chelsea will do what they have been doing for the past few years and we will tweak a title winning side. The only big question mark is Rooney

Like Aguero and Silva. You have to wonder if they ever wish they're at an actual big club instead of a pretend one.

I'm certain they do. Aguero only moved to City as Atleti wouldn't sell directly to Madrid Silva was for sale for two summers at a near bankrupt Valencia, but no other major club was willing to pay £20+ million for him.

Not to mention Kompany. He's too good (in every sense) for them, tbh.

Cavani is a monster, downgrade on the outgoing Carlitos though.

Lose Aguero too and you're talking about a much weaker forward department overall.

edit: This doesn't seem a done deal.

Aguero and Tevez will be tough to replace. 23 league goals each.

Oh wait - 23 combined.

Far from a done deal, by the sounds of it.
