Couple of months for a broken fib before you walk unaided, another month for physio, back by Christmas

He was better than he has been since from an attacking PoV.

When Cissé snapped his tibia & fibula against Blackburn in Oct for Liverpool he was back playing in April, so fingers crossed he can recover quickly.
Cissé did it again a couple of years later too, for France

As said Ramsey had a clean break too. It's a season out but they can come back better than ever.

No way thats a fibula, it's a tibia, ie the shin bone, the angle his leg was at it could only be that!

Thers really is no way to predict how it'll heal, he'll go for surgery and get some screws plus/minus a plate, that's the only certainty. He's young which is a big plus, but other than that who knows.

Not because of any ongoing physical problems though. He became increasingly timid in his play, and his lack of variety made him easy to predict. Perhaps mentally it impacted him, contributed to his hesitancy but no athletic decline because of it.

PSV are shit btw, Utd should still win this.

They're not fond of former Ajax players

Hate to defend Valencia in any way, but wasn't his best season 2011/12, which was post-break?

His decline more to do with cowardice in final third and lack of left foot

Is there a reason why it wasn't a pen on Shaw? I only saw that one replay pretty quickly.

Forgot about that... he didn't half have some shitty luck

Fingers crossed the break is clean and Shaw will fully recover physically. It's his mentality after he's healed that will determine whether he's the same player or not.

Exactly, he's turned into a £#%&!ing shithouse. No point being able to run fast with the ball if every time you come up to a defender, you £#%&!ing turn back and pass the ball.

Defender took the ball first then clattered him on the follow through presumably
