Some day that. Battling all over Nottingham and it was great fun as a 17 year old. Some awful clobber and haircuts on show.

Yes, forecourt madness and major battling all the way into the city centre after that one. We somehow got stuck in the middle of one of United’s firms on that day and I can remember thinking, ‘hmmmm, would it be possible to just tie my shoelace and oh look at that, I seem to some way behind everyone now and probably can’t catch up..’

The forest away match after that with Mark Robbins remains an all time favourite. Reds everywhere and huge support for fergal that day…
