Especially as it's hard to see Monaco rebuilding. Credit for their scouting but the way they have exploded this season is pretty incredible. For two years Jardim had them as one of the stodgiest sides around. Remember them getting through their CL group with four goals.

They are on course to score more league goals this season than the last two combined iirc

Hard to imagine they'd build this again in a hurry.

Imagine they could keep this core together for 4/5 years, being one of the players who brought a CL to Monaco. That means something more that just being another member of a stacked Madrid, Bayern or Barca squad.

Mbappe and Dembele, good years ahead for France.

Sahin pulled off at half time. He must think he's back at Liverpool.

Mbappe and Martial up front with Lemar and Dembele out wide? Pogba in midfield and Kante worrying about everything else?

I'm sure English Comms have made the "Messi is human after all" remark after a bad moment from him in every single CL match for the past 5 years.

Every time I switch over it's Barca getting to the penalty area and one of Juve's defenders just being there

Well yes if we continue to throw so much money about eventually we'll win the title again.

It doesn't need much to win the PL these days however so that approach is a little shallow :insertwoodwardgif:

Target should be Champions League by 2020.
