Don't think the rule is that clear anymore but his arms in the air and it blocks a header.

Blatant pen on the replay but not one person knew what was happening at the time, bar Schneiderlin who made a half hearted appeal. Fellaini didn't have a clue then did a fist pump when he realised the frauding @#%&!
