Not the most exciting signing perhaps but I have a feeling that he will be pivotal. ON.

If there's one thing I cannot abide, It's signing players in their peak.

Looking forward to seeing a midfield three of Matic, Carrick and Fellaini at some point

We need experience too. Plenty of raw/shit players in his position.

Wouldn't be my first choice, but is rather have him than not and I couldn't care less how much he costs

If he's not good enough for Chelsea why are we signing him?

Because Chelsea finished 20 points ahead of us last season.

He is good enough for Chelsea. He's been there several years and won the league twice.

Managers have plans sometimes.

29 years of age in that position isn't a problem as it's a thinking mans position

The question is can he recapture the form of his first 2 seasons at Chelsea
If he can it would be a good signing albeit not for 50 mill!

Don't care.
We need experience so get him in.

With Ibra still around and Carrick, we need a winning mentality to spread to the younger players.
£#%&!ing Pogba, at 24 is one of our more experienced players

If he reduces the risk of Fellaini playing in midfield then get him in.

Fellaini is a last minute flying lamp post. Quite a good one though.

Point is, you'd think that would reduce his price. £40mil for him at 29 when Fabbers is the same price at 23 is daft.
