If ever there was something to concentrate Ferie's mind before a match it would be the sight of the prem league table with citeh a place above us.
Had Wolves grabbed an equaliser and left us top with 3 games in hand I think the Tinkerer would have prevailed.
As it is he can't afford to.

Did anyone, honestly expect any other kind of result from these games?

I think people now expect Chelsea, Arsenal and City to lose every game, every week, with us winning every week, meaning we win the title by February

Imagine the sheer doom if we dont hump Spurs tomorrow

Even if we dont win tomorrow, we're still in the box seat.

Someone at work said to me, all it takes is Chelsea beating us twice and they're back in it. Well no, even if that did happen, we'd still be 3 points clear with better goal difference and a game in hand.

Just been on there, and there's a couple tasty bets on the Half Time/Full Time for Liverpool Everton -

Everton / Draw - 18/1

Liverpool / Draw - 16/1

Stuck a fiver on each.
Stand to win on Arsenal or West ham win at present.

West Ham had 7 players in their box, none of them anywhere near van Persie.
