"With Robbie [playing at left-back], it's an interesting experiment. He's got a good attitude, is strong and had a good season with Hull. It's a worth a try but I'm not saying it's going to be the answer to that position."
Christ almighty. He's taken the £#%&!ing tombola on tour. :shakehead:

Maybe we'll just play Jones then?

Thought you were backing Brady all the way?

"It is an area we're paying attention to," Ferguson said. "In the last five years Patrice has played an average of 45-50 games, which is phenomenal. I don't know if anybody else has achieved that.

So we've gone from having a 'good look' at potential signings, to actually doing it with our own squad. Soon we'll be told there there's 'no value' in playing a left back.

And it only underlines how baffling letting Fabio go was.

Not really, the lad needs 30-40 games this season and he ain't going to get that at united, good move for the lad and united.

We've always got evans as back up for left back, evra will play most of the season anyway

I think he mentions that evra never gets injured so it doesn't give fabio much of a chance.

Why does he need that many? I'd say he could potentially notch up 20-25 games and that is plenty for a kid trying to break through.

I don't think it's a bad move for him either, more that we need him.
