I'm inclined to agree. Wouldn't mind James coming to give us a proper wide attacker rather than Martial or Rashford. Depends who leaves too - Leane in if we can get rid of both Smalling and Jones for example. And a tub of lard for Fellaini.

I still do not think that the Griezmann transfer is dead yet.. Offer them the 100 million and there is no way a club of their size will turn that down...

Seems odd that he's after them both. Can't imagine they'd ever play together. Morata is a done deal it seems so the other fella could be a smoke screen. But then again, rooney and zlat are leaving so it makes sense to bring in 2 forwards in that respect. Griezmann would have been rooney's replacement in the squad I suppose.

Totally just a hunch based on a dream I had, but I'm willing to have a 100 quid bet with anyone who's up for it that this window will see the first transfer between United and Liverpool since Phil Chisnall did it in '64 (I think). It's got to be a first teamer and an international, youth players don't count. Easy money for someone.
