Well now I don't know what to believe.

My dad went to see Real v Barca a few years back and got chatting to the taxi driver who had Real paraphernalia all over the inside of his car. So my dad asked him if he was going too, and he replied 'No, when we think we will lose, we do not go'. And that's against their most hated rivals.

Utd fans have never owned the club, ever. Unless you consider the people who owned it to be fans.

Even as a PLC, its not really owned by anyone, people just have a stake in it, and the majority of those would have belonged to institutions and rich folks. Supporters groups had a tiny slice.

Yes they're a fashionable, trendy club, particularly for those disillusioned with out own, but I don't aspire to be like them whatsoever.
