real were terrible until the last 10 minutes where they could have had 3 or 4...

as it was they scored with an almost perfect free kick and then a great header from a stunning cross at the death.

it was almost like watching united of old

Hang in where? 3rd is the aim, and probably the best we can hope for.. Too much shit in the team/squad, still, and Thursday night/Sunday afternoons

Reminds me very much of 2002/03 season when arsenal were smashing everyone in sight early doors, only hope is as you say - get our own house in order, get some form of consistency and see what happens over xmas/new year when the fixtures pile up.

You have a point to an extent. The Leicester anomaly aside I don't remember a team ever finishing 5th or lower and then winning the league the next season.
