Only saw it at the end of the Egypt game having read it was controversial. £#%&! all wrong with it. Just total shit and complete lack of awareness from Poland tbh.

bit £#%&!ing sneaky ....as if a player is expected to keep an eye on opponents stood off the pitch as they decide whether they are going to be substituted or not.

In fairness Den when the ref let Niang back on the pitch the ball was bobbling around harmlessly right the middle of the Senegal half in Poland’s possession, Niang came back on the pitch 40 yards away, he can’t be expected to predict that one of the Polish lads was going to lump it aimlessly back into his own half and that the CB was going to freeze, utterly flummoxed that the ball was suddenly bouncing about in his half

I agree, it was a complete shambles on Poland's part.....the niggling feeling though is, if the player had been on the field of play normally, someone would have kept an eye on him....the poles knew he was out of the game at that point
but for him to suddenly sprint on form off the field, albeit with the refs approval, it seems a bit sneaky, even if had it been the other way around, id have happily taken the goal.

only way to avoid it would have been for the Polish player responsible for the Senegalese player who was off the pitch to have stood next to him on the touchline, waiting for either him or his substitute to come on....but that's never gonna happen.
