No, but Hull - who we played during a £#%&!ing monsoon, have as many wins this season as Sunderland, Stoke, West Ham and Bournemouth put together.

Is he invisible? Every time he gets the ball he's in absolute oceans of space. For that 4th goal, he plays a one-two and nobody goes with him they all follow the ball.

Fancied Bournemouth to go down at the start of the season. Completely over achieved last season. Howe will be gone at the first sign of trouble. They have literally no good players.

Can't understand why Chelsea let De Bruyne go.

Everything he does is of high precision, intelligence and with purpose. He works hard too.

I hope Mkhitaryan when he gets fit can make an impact like this. Being a part of the Dortmund side which pressed insanely and had so much fluidity will mean he can bring dynamism + top level quality which we sorely lack in attack and have done for a few years. It's going back to Fergie's latter years where it has been a choice of one or the other. The shitc***s were the athletic ones and the actual talented players were one-paced.

Dunno, I've found it quite heartening

Definite second season syndrome for Bilic, it seems.

Really? We've played the form team in the country in City and Hull were in top form when we played them as well. Southampton at home and bournemouth away both fixtures we lost last season. We should have got a least a draw against City and that's with us playing abysmally.

I £#%&!ing doubt it. Currently we've got Wayne Rooney occupying the kind of role De Bruyne plays. And doing it badly

:
Hull ffs come on

agree we were robbed against City we actually should have won never mind drawn...Southampton are utter £#%&! this season and Bournemouth are just as shite as they were last year, we did well in both those games but let's face it anything other than six points from the two of them would have been a disaster

dreading tomorrow tbh

nice to see Leicester back on form ahead of next week after letting the Dippers butt £#%&! them

I'm not saying Hull is a tough fixture but they were in form and full of confidence. The likes of West Ham, Sunderland and Stoke are getting arse £#%&!ed by everyone so obviously they're not much opposition right now.

City go to stoke and win 4-1, everyone acts like Guardiola has re-invented the wheel.....Spurs go to Stoke and win 4-0, nobody bats an eyelid. City beat West Ham 4-2, everyone £#%&!s over Guardiola. Watford beat West Ham 4-2, nobody says a thing. See?

Exactly. First bit is why that stupid par league doesn't work.

Hull is a far easier fixture for Arsenal today than it was for us there weeks ago. They were full of confidence, had 2 wins and had a formula for success.

Context.

As for the second bit, spot on! Nobody said shit about spurs winning 4-0 last week

Yeah I completely agree and I think me and you agreed to this after the City game.

Mkhi should be given the chance to make his mark and lead this team from the front. He'll know about high intensity pressing, off the ball movements, fluidity in possession and quick counter attacking more than anyone because he came from one of the best exponents of it.

That attitude will spread to the other players. Martial might start to learn to move even when the ball is not at his feet. Rashford will have players within 10 yards so there's always a passing option and he can do his thing. Lingard will look a better player with like-minded players.

Your number 10 is supposed to set the tempo. If your guy is too busy lumbering all over the shop and the first thing he sees in his eye-line is the cross-field ball to Valencia then we're not going to be as potent as we potentially can be.

Just watching MoTD and noticed the attendance at the Chelsea match: 41k.

For some reason I thought their ground held considerably more than that. Surely they should make it bigger.

They are going to. There's plans for a 60k seater in the offing. Plans look like a concrete birds nest.
