I used to get angry with players doing a 'Bogarde' but in truth it's the @#%&! who sanctioned the move for second tier dross who should be blamed not the guy who has been given a dream move and pay packet well beyond what his talent warrants.

Every club gets the odd transfer wrong but we've had a holocaust over the last 3 years.

Players like Blind are gold in that regard and will probably end up playing more than most of the supposed first choice eleven.
fair point, he could use smalling as bailly's partner now and again if he needs blind to play elsewhere in the side...

Still hate him, begrudgingly respect that he put in a shift and never complained. Wish he'd hurry up and £#%&! off.

Shame we never really got to see the best of him as a centre forward

I reckon he'll want to get the squad down to that core of 20 outfield players.

I'd be stunned if Mata, Memphis and Young are all here in September. Would like to see Memphis hang on for at least six months.

Can see him preferring Young over the others tbh, not a bad option from the bench and always puts in a shift.

Same. Still feel like there's a player in there somewhere. Needs to sort himself out and fast though - atm he deserves a spot less than Anderson ever did. Yep, that bad.

Hope not. Feels like prolonging the inevitable tbh as Mou will likely never trust a player like that, but surely Young goes first?

If the tweet that prompted this thread is anything to go by, yep..

If Memphis goes, we need another wide option. Don't want to see Rashers there.

Would still like another wide option tbh, let Mkhi play behind Zlat and have an option other than Lingers on the right..

What was original tweet?

Totally agree on wide options. It's the one area City look stronger; bags of options to change the game with pacey wide players who are strong 1v1 to open up the game. They make the difference against the bus-parkers. Was a huge issue last year; Martial the only one looking capable. Rashford off the bench will be a huge asset but I'd take one more on the touchline.

And an even more adventurous RB

Young on a train in London with some bloke allegedly on his way to Palace..

In a world where Liverpool get £45m combined for Ibe and Benteke surely it is time for Woody to stop being so desperate to sell......

It could be we have to sell for less to get them off the wage bill with the buying club taking them because less transfer fee means they can pay more wages

Tbf, they are probably more than eager to leave and not on too outrageous a wage. Our shit@#%&!s will stay here until they die, voluntarily, picking up their gargantuan pay checks week after week
