Shaw looks further on than Young

Decent run out for both Shaw and Young, who came off after just under an hour. Both suffered some crunching tackles and came through unscathed, but Shaw had the better night of the two. Got forward well and put in some surging runs down the left.

Both of them get too much abuse tbph. Limited players (in different ways) but both totally committed to United, and a good attitude with it.

This is Shaw who's missed most of his career with us so far due to attitude and fitness issues?

Edit: just realised you might be talking about Lingard and Young

Yes I was, sorry for the imprecision

The contrast with Shaw - who undoubtedly has more talent - thus far does rather make the point.
