There's not a great amount of top quality stikers around at the minute, at least not compared to the mid-nineties for instance.

Just look at what England have to choose from, and Italy for that matter.

Crouch, Defoe, Toni to name but 3, would've got nowhere near the squad of their national team in the mid-nineties IMO.

I don't rate him at all. With the attributes he has, he should be a lot better. Very ungraceful and awkward player too, which is part of the reason I don't like him.

i think he may well develop into a top striker. His finish yesterday was top class, he has pace and skill and physically is likely to develop very well.
