Second half, we're losing so we brought on two strikers (Fletcher and Ebank-Blake) took off a midfielder so we actually had three out and out strikers on the pitch - Doyle, Fletcher and Ebanks-Blake.

Then we scored quite quickly after that sub.

Then Scholes came on and we literally retreated and handed the entire territory over. That is, in my view, purely down to who we were playing and where we were playing. So that fear factor is still there all right, clear and present in our players toward the end there.

Couldn't believe they didn't put a man on Scholes! I thought I heard McCarthy tellin that pineapple head bloke to get on him, if so it was shocking marking.

Scholesy changed it.
Park at least now is actually being positive and actually trying to shoot/run at people etc. Hopefully if/when the likes of Rooney come back Park doesn't retreat into his shell and return to the null attacking option previously seen.

Is this 'flu' virus really a gastro bug? Surely each player is given a flu jab as soon as they are available?

Just watching the replay, can't believe I blamed Fletcher for giving the ball away, leading to the Wolves goal.

Watched the replay closely....£#%&!ing O'Shea tackled it off him! :shakehead:

great work from Park yesterday. you can almost guarantee with so many top players at United that even when the whole thing is a struggle at least one of them will step up and lift the place*

makes you proud to be a red.

* not this place, obviously

Apart from the obvious I love us scoring late goals at home if only to show up all those @#%&!s that leave 5 mins early. Would love to see their faces as they're walking down Matt Busby way when the roar comes up from the crowd at another last minute winner for the Reds.

Bet it still doesn't stop them leaving early next game either.
