I'd like to see a 4-2-3-1 with Carrick and Matic as the 2 fwiw obv etc...

Would release Matic a little as well, but I think the erosion of the Great British coastline would be quicker. So long as Pogba was in there & pushed forward, it would be decent against most.

We still really need a third proper option, but when the likes of Danny £#%&!ing Drinkwater cost you £35m you wonder what the point is.

The Scottish Player deserves a chance to play more than 2mins if he's making the squad.

He played 2 in easier games and at home. Stoke away, he played 3. Imagine he'd have started with 3 at Anfield if he could have.

Didn't watch that one tbf... but it was at least a good variation. I'd much prefer to start that way & switch more fluidly, playing with a classic no. 10 has been shit for us for years now as we don't pass quickly enough to allow them to dictate. All of the players we have that want to play there are also feeble.

Really annoying that Pogba got nobbled when he did.

A proper left back wouldn't go amiss too...

Mentioned the same in another post, it's a huge hindrance not having pace at both fullback positions, it's absolutely essential for any decent side, let alone one with designs on the biggest trophies.

Team when everyone's fit should be:

De Gea
Valencia
Bailly
Rojo
Shaw
Matic
Pogba
Rashford
Zlatan
Martial
Lukaku

There’s a lot about Valencia to like, but seriously, is there a worse crosser of the ball in Europe? Put Blind’s technique with his athleticism and you’ll have one hell of a player.

Blind should play no 6

Next two signings need to be left and right back

He can’t play a full season and will be 33 next. Fabinho is ideal u get 2 players equally as comfortable at right back and midfield
