Be very surprised if we have to pay that much over the odds when he has a 25 mill release clause active next summer. Luckhurst is a proven #@&%! so I'd imagine the story is predominantly void of fact or research.

Article about the clause: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...elease-clause/

What’s the dream Horsemen line up?

Fabinho Alderweireld Smalling/Bailly/Jones/Lindelof Sandro.

Surely one of those 4 shit@#%&!s can pull it round and be a first choice CB?

No dream ever has a single member of our current defence in it.

fabinho, alderweirld, bonucci, sandro.

I'd take anybody really as long as he replaces most of the back four. Then have valencia, young, and the downy brothers as back up.

We’ll end up with the lad that got sent off vs Arsenal.

The lack of links to RB is a huge concern. It needs 4 full backs this summer but it ain’t happening. £#%&!ers

4 full backs? Really? Valencia would be perfectly serviceable as back up to a new starter while Young, as unfashionable as he may be, has had an excellent season and is the type of adaptable, low maintenance squad player who is valuable to have around. Always the focus on replacing all the defense when it is the attacking play that is the true problem with the team, we can dream of attacking full backs rampaging forward, but that role does not exist in a Mourinho team, he has always positioned his full backs conservatively.

Alderwerield has earned a towering reputation through achieving very little, far from convinced that he is the player that some make him out to be.

Yes 4 full backs.

One gets injured, and we know what they produce

f*** them both off, ones legs have gone the other has been shite and a one trick pony. Stop clinging onto the shite. Get f***ing rid.
