Correct under the current rules, but I'm always of the opinion that if you're on the pitch then you're interfering with play, especially when you're in the middle like that. You're interfering with someone's line of sight, and providing an obstacle. Easy to be clever about it

Yeah, hard to argue Ramsay wasn't "interfering with play" there.

It's not even that Ramsey was just in the keepers line of sight, he moved for the ball even looked like he was thinking of striking it, but stopped when Sanchez called it.

How can that not affect the keeper, has to be offside.
