Do Europa League winners qualify for CL next season? If they haven't qualified by virtue of Top 4 place will they take up one of their country's allocation or is it additional?

England would have 5 places if an English side won the europa league this season according to uefa.

No idea what happens to the extra CL place if the europa league winner is already qualified through the top 4. Goes to the europa league runner up then I presume?

From the Liverpool Echo

"Mario Balotelli has been taking history lessons – in a bid to become a Grade A student in goalscoring at Liverpool Football Club.
The Italian international is only just 24, but has already enjoyed a well travelled career which has taken in both Milan clubs, Manchester City and now the Reds.
Boss Brendan Rodgers revealed this week that Balotelli has been checking up on great Anfield strikers of the past – and the history of his new home city – in a bid to integrate even more quickly at Anfield.

“He’s a boy who has really looked into the history of the club and he understands the great strikers of the past,” explained the Reds boss.
“We have spoken about Suarez and his time here."

Seriously can anyone recall any manager ever coming out with quite so much cringemaking patently untrue horseshit? Yeah I'm sure Balotelli's been reading through the history books for details of Ian Rush's career, go and £#%&! off.

.
I love how the writer doesn't seem to realize this is a really bad condemnation of his career thus far.

I love how Rodgers claims Liverpool is "his last chance", when Milan was his last chance, he buggered it up, and now he's at Liverpool.

Plus isn't he a Milan fan and it was his dream to play for them? He'll probably end up playing in Qatar or America in 5 years.

Balotelli: "Why always me?"
LFC: "Why always us?"
