Exclamation England Squad

Arguably the worst England squad in World Cup history is set to be announced later today.

Hart and Wilshere already told they're staying at home.

I think we should have enough to get to the quarter finals.

Of course, as a group they have terrible character so won’t go any further than that but Kane, Vardy, Rashford is a decent set of choices for front 3.

Personally I’d have Lingard, Vardy, Alli and Kane as my front 4 but hey ho.

If by that you mean he’s a highly effective striker, i completely agree.

His pace is a useful weapon - and as per the match v Spurs, his finishing can be top notch.

Can’t think of anyone else English I would rather see come off the bench with us needing a goal.

The thought of watching England in terms of appeal falls some way between filling in a self assessment tax form and having a prostrate exam.

I’d even forgotten it was the World Cup this year until someone told me it was and ‘d me when I said, “really, this summer?”

Not even arsed about the united lads.

I recommend finding something better to do.

What United Players will be in it. Lingard and rashford? Have we ever had less lads in the squad?

As long as they do us proud, stick out their chests and show the world that the 3 lions can still roar I’m not bothered which 11 Gareth puts out there

I've never known of a World Cup with less build-up hype.

Take Messi and Ronaldo out (zzzzz tbh) and there's barely a stand out player at it.

Is there a stand out team in it ? Seems we are in a period of decline. That said, the attacking talent the Argies could call on is fairly impressive. Shame about the rest of the side

I don’t get that excited about world cups any more but I'm still going to do a predictive wall chart though.

France have a potentially fantastic squad, on paper.

Remains to be seen if Deschamps can get the best out of them though

as long as Real Madrid prevent the unthinkable happening I reckon I'll enjoy this world cup for the first time in a while.

I quite like the fact there's very little hype about England & there are no 'superstar' players.
I'd love to see Rashford & Lingard do well on that stage.

No idea who are favourites, no idea who's likely to win it.
From a personal point of view I'd love Messi to have a brilliant tournament & lift the Trophy because he's the greatest player I've ever seen (or at least gives Maradona a run for his money)

The ridiculous fall out over that beaker headed @#%&! Joe Hart not being selected.

You'd think he was £#%&!ing Dino Zoff the way they're going on.

Nobody seems to want to mention that he makes horrendous basic errors, lets in soft as £#%&! goals at crucial times and was one of the first @#%&!s binned off when Guardiola took over at City.
