Don't be a poof. It was a cracking challenge. Regardless he'd of missed utterly pointless games.

Not the point, is it? The ref saw it and made a call.

It's a conspiracy! Those bent bastards at the FA.

Literally shaking with rage as I type this.

But the FA can overturn it. He was sent off against us in the cup last season, that wasn't overturned, it's just a common sense call. One they have actually surprised me in making.

They should never overturn a decision made on the spot by a referee unless it's blatant, black and white. The alternative is Monday morning refereeing. Where does it end?

Usually with a ban overturned.

Don't give a £#%&!, if it was letting him back in for important games I'd kick off & go all Scouse, but £#%&! me he was missing QPR, the FA Cup 4th round & Fulham. Doesn't matter.

Throbbers nailed this yesterday

The point isn't that it was a bad challenge. The point is that tackling with both feet off the ground is uncontrolled and dangerous.

What an utterly insane decision - It basically indicates that two footed tackles are a red card offence unless Jamie Rednapp says otherwise

Well exactly.
The 'reaction' (or lack there of) of SKY/TalkSport has been the driving factor behind every single FA Disciplinary hearing/charge for the past 15 years or so.

The mere fact that it was debateable means it shouldn't have been overturned.

I haven't seen the challenge but it was £#%&!ing terrible, just like the one that ramsey and shawcross were involved. It was dangerous and this sort if thing needs stamping out.

Seriosuly though, when are they going to scrub off Suarez handball? The ref made a mistake with that one so let's review it on the monday afterwards. Change the result and force a replay. What's the difference?

Didnt think it was a red but it didnt look like the sort of challenge that wasn't ambiguous and could be overturned.
