Exactly, a twenty one year old with bags of potential in a squad littered with players either on the decline or chance of improving. Think he could have matched Lukaku’s goals last season with the same game time but even if he couldn’t, the team would have benefited from having a target man with more than one trick up his sleeve.

Wow.

Desperate to play anyone but Rashers up front and reluctant to praise him. The Mou loyalty is deep

Mou destroying the poor lad.

Remember Ferie doing likewise with Rooney and Ronnie. Put em out on the wing, he did. Really. Ruined the pair of em.

May have had something to do with having an unbelievable finisher with a first touch up-front.

Can remember being shocked that Ronaldo, who arrived as a winger, was played on the wing by Fergie.

When a teenager gets promoted out of the academy to the first team you can’t really say they’ve “arrived” as anything tbh. It’s up to them to make the best of whatever opportunity they get.

Don't see how one discounts the other tbh.

Anyway, we've established you'll give Rashford some credit when he has scored seven hat-tricks in a row, so hardly worth arguing.

Got a feeling he might start up front on Wednesday

I’m with you..29 to go.

I think it’s got to the point where if that @#%&! Mourinho tries to make him play off the right again Rashford’s mum should have a quiet word.

Did you just compare Ronaldo to Rashford? Tell me you didn't mean to do that.

Rashford is basically a modern day wellbeck

Hit and miss and should be on the fringes of the team at best

Personally I can see him at a club like Watford in a few years.

Saying that I hope he proves me wrong

Another comparison would be the amount of people on here in the same rush to get rid of Rashford as they were with Ronaldo at the time

You’re tiptoeing dangerously close to Borsuk territory there, and we all know how that ended.
