Obviously PSG and City are both extreme examples of what happens when Arab states want to give themselves a visible platform and market presence in the west and it's hardly surprising that those 2 are dominating the market and setting the tone again.

Doesn't really matter where players like Neymar and Mbappe end up because neither of them were ever going to end up at United anyway.
