Di Marzio saying dybala close to joining Juventus. A bit surprising that other big clubs aren't interested. For just around 30m euros too...

They have much balanced strike force than most clubs. Morata, Tevez, Llorente...

Got pogba for next to nothing, pirlo on a free, also getting kheidiera(sp) on a free..

edit: evra for a million aswell, and lichsteiner and vidal were both frees....
Juve do well in the market but vidal, lichtsteiner and tevez all had transfer fees.

Dybala for 32m euros is as big as theyve splashed in a while, remains to be seen if they will regret leaving their value model behind.

Tevez was ten million but that was in the same season as llorente who was free so they basically got two of europes top strikers(at the time) for 10 mil.

Checked the others on some stupid transfer website and it said they were frees...

Big Arturers 10.5 mill euros rising to 12.5 per this

Still a £#%&!ing steal, to think a couple on here were saying we should've had a dabble.

Vidal was ~€10m as well. Still doing well to pick those three up for €20m though.

Dybala obviously looks a great talent & ~£24m is cheaper than he was being touted around for so you can't see many downsides for Juve off the back of that deal.

Turned down an €80m move to Barca

Quote:
Juventus forward Paulo Dybala rejected an offer from Barcelona, according to the man who runs his agency.

The Argentinian international joined the Bianconeri in a €40m move from Palermo last summer, and got 19 Serie A goals and nine assists in his first season in Turin.

“When I talk with Paulo and his agent, Pierpaolo Triulzi, I have proof that the lad is really on the right track,” Gustavo Mascardi, founder of Grupo Mascardi, which represents Dybala, told Gazzamercato.

“A year ago Inter and Milan also wanted him, but he was right to choose the club which would give him more safeguards. His career at Juventus has just begun.

“Will he stay at Juventus for a long time? The transfer market can offer a lot of temptations, but Paulo has shown himself to have clear ideas.

“It’s true that in recent months Barcelona were interested in La Joya, I think they made a bid of double what the Bianconeri paid [€80m].

“But the player’s first consideration was that it was more important to consolidate his experience at a club which is giving him the opportunity to succeed at the highest levels.”
