Cheaper than actually employing people was the point.

You'd probs do him a top deal on a maid though..?

Convenience?

People on call 24/7 to clean up your room, bring you food etc. Allows you to concentrate 100% on work.

So this is why Moyes failed so badly. Spent half his days putting a wash on and cleaning out the cat litter tray.
