If the Glazers sold United tomorrow would they be legally bound to pay off the debt they loaded on to the club before taking any of the profit? Like a mortgage for example?
Or can they just sell the club in the current state with the loaded debt left behind to a buyer if they agreed to this and take all of the £2.5bn? Gotta hand to the Glazers, they may look like gimps but they have been very shrewd and astute during their time at the club. |
