I think everyone else in Spain is just assuming he'll fail because he's an English manager
Even if he does fail there, it's way too soon to write him off. Personally, it was ridiculous to give him the job in the first place but, can't blame him for taking it.

Hopefully a few wins are around the corner for him

He was quite good at noticing patterns of play in games as a pundit.

I reckon he'll start winning games if he commentates to himself.

he'll be sacked before van gaal

He's won some cup games though, but still looking for the first league win.

Love the passion. Scenes at the end when Negredo equalises in injury time. Can see them winning the cup, just the need the first win the league for Gaz to finally take off. Winning for fun in the cup but no wins in 8 league wise(includes couple of top performances and pts v Barca and Real).
What an absolute #@&%!.

Excellent in the first half, slightly lucky in the 2nd. Good chance of making the final now after last nights results.

Neville and Klopp both reaching cup finals within weeks of taking their new jobs, case for the passionate touchline manager?
