I'm not too sure how he thought that pathetic shambles has made beating Celta Vigo any easier tbh. Playing with a bit of intent and actually beating arsenal would surely have been better preparation than the absolutely gutless capitulation that transpired.

Manchester United are now effectively throwing games because the manager has decided the potential points on offer won't be needed? Just play football and try to win the game ffs

We didn't "throw" the game FFS. Some people

Conceded a stupid freak goal and were unable to come back from it. You might think, from some of the reaction, that sort of thing has never happened before.

absolutely.
..& lets get this right btw - Arsenal are £#%&!ing shit. Soft as £#%&!, mentally weak, low on confidence etc..

It'll probably be a draw on Thursday night which will see us through of course, but it doesn't half put us under pressure for the Ajax game.
We should have absolutely walked top 4 this year (not that I consider 'top 4' to be an achievement by any standards whatso£#%&!ingever)

We're still contracted to £30 million plus of wages to the @#%&!. Unless he goes to China, we're going to have to pay a good chunk of that to get him off the books.

we didn't play our strongest team and try to win. we could easily have won.

Absolutely. Awful stuff.

If we don't win this Europa cup then it will be a 6th place finish and a less prestigious cup victory compared to last season. So where's the progress that everyone speaks of?

Terrible stuff from United in the main during the second half of this season. They just stick men behind the ball at every possible opportunity. Dire.

Thankfully this fraudulent and misleading unbeaten run has now come to an end. What a £#%&!ing waste of time and effort that was. Unbeaten for 24 games in the league yet only climb up one place from 6th to 5th ffs Plus, Arsenal will go back to 5th if they win their game in hand anyway. Abysmal.

Absolutely pathetic stuff from Mourinho. If he doesn't win the Europa then the season is a complete and utter failure with zero progress imo.

Yeah, it's been such an impressive run hasn't it. Culminating in a significant march up the table from 6th to 5th with endless draws thrown in

Superb stuff.

Mourinho has everyone believing that this run is akin to those we used to go on under Ferie where we'd win multiple games on the bounce and obliterate teams in the process. When in relaity, it's just a series of shit draws with a few wins thrown in. £#%&!ing diabloical. It's the worst and most unimpressive unbeaten run I've every witnessed

Yep. Awful stuff. Mourinho thinks we're having a great season as well. Clueless £#%&!er

In all honestly it's a bit of a freak that we went so long unbeaten. Better sides than us lost more than once during that time and we were just seconds away from defeat to Everton and Stoke; five minutes or so away against Liverpool and Middlesbrough.

When you factor in that we haven't actually played that well since December, it's not an awful lot to cling to.

what a steaming pile of shite.

far better United teams than this one have gone to the big teams and used similar tactics to what we have this season. and not that we were any better then, but look at the second half in the juanfield game - it was absolutely dire stuff v 10.

the issue this season is we don't score enough goals, it's as simple as that. it makes it very hard to coast the small games. and it makes it very hard to execute tactics in the big games where chances are harder to come by .

yesterday the entire game changes if rooney just rolls it to mata for a tap in. at that point we weren't sitting back, we were playing just fine.

We've not been playing consistently good football since the turn of the year but did you think we were negative against Chelsea? Or Celta Vigo?

Clearly the constant chopping and changing + injuries affects our fluidity.

You probably wish we lose against Celta just so you can say our season has been a bad one. You became a mou basher some weeks ago and theres no turning back now. Too proud to admit youve gone too far + you're wrong.

You should probably just sleep for the rest of our games pal if its gonna make you so grumpy....

no one wants us to do anything other than win the europa. but that still won't excuse our league position or make jose a good manager or any less of a @#%&!. it will be like rafa's cl.

No. I thought the Chelsea game was great but it was a flash in the pan. It felt to me that Mourinho just wanted to prove a point against his old club in that game rather than it actually been a major step in the right direction.

Anyway, of course I hope we win the Europa, I just don't like Mourinho's general approach at the moment. Things have to improve. That's all I'm saying.

When you construct a hypothetical scenario and post a complaint about it. Maybe time for a break imo.

Also stop the LvG obsession lads. Not good for you.
