your right…

deep down i know he isn’t happy

he should have apologised and been sitting on the bench next to diallo and being told to warm up on 55mins to come on while it was still only 3-0 to palace on Monday!

if Dortmund who topped the hardest group in the ecl this season (Dortmund , PSG, MILan , Newcastle) are average what are the team that finished bottom of the easiest group whose manager said sancho wasn’t good enough to play in?

He hasn't done anything of note apart from a lot of dribbling with no end result from what i can see.
Agreed. Any stick to beat ETH with with some of these lads.

If you saw the games he put at least 3 chances on a plate for Dortmund - they missed them all - blazing over from 6 yards, clear through 1v1 with the keeper etc, he couldn't have done much more to give them the best chance of progressing. Add to that he clearly absolutely destroyed the LB in the first game, gives you an out to get up the pitch etc.

Narratives are one thing, stats being used to beat him with another.

He's a talented guy, he's also mentally a bit feeble.

It's our problem though as he's a £72m asset on our books that we couldn't get cooking when other teams / managers can.

I doubt at all he'll come back & play for United at the same level consistently, let's just hope Dortmund have £50m+ to spend take him home.

In an interview with 947 Joburg, Benni McCarthy, a member of United's coaching staff, explained why Sancho refused to apologise to Ten Hag: "I spoke to the manager and I said to him that you know the delicacy and I think Jadon feels that if he apologises then he's going to be classed as someone who doesn't train hard, that doesn't work hard, who that everything that was said against him was true and if you are from the streets, no one wants to apologise, you admit you are not training well, you are lazy, everything you are accused of. Jadon wasn’t going to have that. The manager just said that all he wants is an apology."

For Sancho, apologising would mean conceding to accusations he did not believe were accurate, which could tarnish his self-image and reputation. As McCarthy noted, "I spoke to Jadon as a coach, as a mentor, as a friend, and as someone who grew up on the streets and knows the code. But Jadon just wasn’t seeing it. He said, 'I ain’t apologizing because if I do, I’m apologizing for being lazy, always being late, not giving my best. That’s what I’m apologizing for', and those were his reasons".
Hope he has the game of his life tomorrow. Sad it didn't work out. Hopefully we get a decent fee/loan.

He could just try the radical option of turning up on time.

“If you are from the streets” he’s been playing at an elite level since he was 7. He is not from the streets.

I must have missed the bit where McCarthy said "yeah, but you weren't training well, and you were late."

Literally no chance ten Hag made that up. What could possibly have been his reasoning?

What a weasel - could have sat down with Ten Hag, shook hands and cracked on, proved him wrong etc.

Should never step foot in OT again

Maybe the other players didn't get the WhatsApp from Jadon telling them what time he had set for training.

I’m amazed people still think he’s been banished because of his training rather than his petulant reaction to the manager simply saying “he didn’t reach the level in training”

That’s it. “Yeah sorry I reacted like a teenage girl by taking to social media for a whinge boss and calling you a liar”

But of course you can’t be expecting modern footballers to act like £#%&!ing grown ups.

These children need to be jettisoned.

If Ineos fail to rid us of Sancho and Rashford this summer, it'll be a bad omen for their stewardship.

This has been the ideal loan move for Utd. The bonuses have kicked in so they've earned a few quid. He hasn't looked completely shit and hopefully this might tempt some moron of a manager somewhere to make a bid. He's been here three years now so is probably on the books for about 45M, that'll do nicely. Adele just about sums up the skinny fat useless mess of a man. Hope he has a blinder on Saturday and we never have to see him again.

Did he even congratulate his team mates on the cup win? I don't follow these things so I genuinely don't know, but my guess would be no.
