We must have the lowest rated squad in European football.

We end up having to give players away

They’ve removed Stevie Gihad from our shores for a bit, so that’s good enough.

Besides, they’re frightful bounders, and we don’t want any of their money, no?

Their? They?

Sounds awfully like you’re lumping the Saudia Arabians and the Qataris in together there. And I know that’s something you wouldn’t do after being so vocal in accusing others of doing the same thing on the takeover threads.

Qatar are buying us and the Saudis don’t want to do business with us/fund us in anyway.

be interesting to see how an outspoken of LBGT rights like Henderson justifies a move to Saudi.

Will develop a tiny amount of respect for him if he doesn't go. He's rich enough ffs.

There’s clubs in Qatar aren’t there? Send them on a shopping spree

More like none of them want to contribute money to the strengthening of the Glazer’s position.

He's going & it's because they'll pay him £72m tax free for 2 years

He'll have played for 15 years or so as a professional to make about £20m now, that difference is generational money for everyone in his family for a 100 years.

Here's me thinking he was going for the year-round sunshine.

I understand his motivations. Doesn't make it right.

Just shows how empty these celebrities are when it comes to their vocal support for social issues. Just like Lebron and countless others, everything changes when the cheques are being written.
