Good second half.

Jarvis was MOM, not Park.

That Mexican is a clinical little mofo.

I've said before, when we had Gibson on loan at Molineux 3 seasons ago he was shit then. Average at Championship level. For the second season running Wolves have gone to OT in the league cup and - as McCarthy said - had our bellies rubbed and our heads patted.

Difference between the two sides tonight...we brought on Darren £#%&!ing Bent, you brought on the Mexican wonderkid. Oh well.

People havin a go at macheda.19 years old and having to hold the front line on his own.Wasnt easy for him at all with no striker along side him.I know he had a poor game but hes not a lone striker.

My wish for another striker over the summer was as a replacement for Berbatov (who I thought would be on his way out after the season he had just had)
It had nothing to do with me not thinking Hernandez was up to it. I didn't know the answer to that anymore than anyone else on here.

Let's not have a 'Rooney v Pea' agenda every time the kid scores a goal.
Rooney's let us all down & has acted the @#%&!, but he HAS signed a new deal & he has given us 6 great seasons of Football.
He shouldn't be written off yet.
have we actually seen the evidence, or is this another Mark Hughes, March 4th 1995

as for Hernandez, if i could be arsed i'd find your post that said it's all very well signing the kid buit we need someone who's good enough for the first team straight away as well. not sure which bit of that was positive tbh. then again tbf you were slagging united's entire transfer policy off at the time. as we have seen, Bebe is still looking like a gamble that might pay off, and Smalling clearly looks a player.

but he's being put in a situation where he has to concentrate on parts of his game that aren't the strongest. Ferguson is giving the kid every chance. wouldn't bother if he didn't think he had something...

Yep, you're right.
I was the only one this summer who felt we could do with strengthening the first eleven rather than just buying young players.
Oh the shame.

i never said you were the only one

i'm merely pointing out that your revisionism is amusing

nearly as amusing as your calls for berbatov to be sold

Everyone, apart from me, advocated getting rid of Berbs.

And I wont hear another word said about it.
