1) We will lose a game against Everton
2) Citeh won't beat us home and away again (shudder)
3) Fergie and Hughes will fall out big style
4) We'll batter Arsenal again
5) The vermin will get a result against us at Anfield
6) We won't win as much as we did last season (obvious I suppose)
7) Saha will get injured
8) Rooney will get sent off
9) Vidic will get injured heroically
10) It'll be emotional

somebody to get injured in august then return in march and be like 'a new signing'

supporters to trot out cliches left right and centre, but craftily attribute them to others thinking that makes it okay

That reads like you are hoping rather than predicting.

1) we will win the fa cup and premier league
2) spurs will finish in the top 5
3) darren bent will be the top english goal scorer
4) paul ince will not make it until christmas (i mean he will lose his job not die)
5) sunderland will surprise everyone and be in the top 6 until the final few weeks of the season
6) berbatov will not sign for us
7) liverpool will sign barry and then mount a serious title challenge ending with them finishing 2nd

ill be surprised if less than 5 of them came true

liverpool will win the title in october, arsenal in december, chelsea in march and united in may. we'll retain the european cup and it will be a toss-up between rooney and tevez for players of the season, which means torres will win it (the only thing he will win next season).

3) Deco to set the league alight
4) Ince to completly lose it and serve numerous touchline bans
5) United to struggle in europe
6) A Youngster at United to surprise and hold down his place
7) Neville to retire

9) The dippers hitting the roundabout in swindon and put a run together late in the season
10) Alladyace to return to the prem

1) Shite start to the season due to no new strikers, Rooney sick and Ronaldo stupid and gay
2) This will probably continue for longer than anticipated because SAF has no assistant
to help and he'll berate everyone for everything
3) Second half of the season will pick up, eventually reaching 2nd place & carling cup runners up
Out of the European Cup by group stages.

2. United stand tall against City despite the leg-break tackles
3. Rooney to miss 20 games through injury and suspension again
4. Giggs and Scholes to mentor United to 3-in-a-row, despite being criticised throughout the season
5. Ronaldo to be top scorer again
6. United's players to remember that it's not only their families who're watching when they score at the Strettie
7. United to fail to retain the CL, Real making it 10
8. Ferguson's detractors to blame tactical ineptitude
