Default big andy and big dazza

xavi and iniesta in the making.

funnily enough 'big dazza' was the first name I came out with when originating the 'zone of terror' tag which I made because certain forumistas on here and the other side were calling him the axis of evil.

oh dear..

anyway big andy is looking good with his current run in the team.

always looking for the forward pass and through ball. him and big d rarely play the vidic ping pong game on the pitch...
sprinkle giggs in there in a '3' and this is it. This is really it

a run in the team.

started three back to back games lasting a good 85 minutes (spurs, besiktas and then city) so that myth about him lasting 60 minutes can be put to bed.

a run in the team he will be back to his debut season form.

him and fletcher will be main stays in the united midfield imo. both capable of getting forward and forcing things and they both have balls. wont be bullied by anyone.

the axis of evil was more than one player presumably.

I love these "I told you so" threads. As if we're all gutted that Anderson has been in form because it proves you right.

Both excellent yesterday. Few people were moaning about Ando's passing, but that's what happens when you're always looking for the positive ball. Not all of them work out.

Wish he would dribble with it more often though. Did it a couple of times yesterday and City were shitting themselves. Thought he was going to score with that effort cutting in from the left too

I think a run out on Wednesday will do him good. Keep the momentum going.

It was Tendai or whatever his name was who originated the Fletcher Zone of Terror.

Yup, would also give Owen a start.

I'd have a front 6 of:

Valencia----Anderson----Gibson----Nani

Owen----Wellbeck/Macheda

Marlo, I thought David Jones was the future of our midfield?

Those were desperate times, the failed Alan Smith experiment

your forgetting one game when richardson was on the left.

i loved them days... when the real fans got behind the team and the others slagged off all our youth products. i just got behind the team.
